Which photo booth is right for your corporate event?

TL;DR: Start with your crowd, then pick the booth. For a large headcount that has to move quickly, book an iPad or DSLR booth. For a dressed-up evening, a mirror or vintage booth. For a younger crowd, a Korean booth. For a launch or an exhibition, a branded kiosk. Photo booths in Mumbai start at ₹25,000 + GST for 100 prints, and an audio guest book starts at ₹20,000.

Most photo booth enquiries open with the same question: which one is best? The answer depends on how many people you expect, what the venue looks like, how much branding you need and what you want guests to take home. Here is how each booth lines up against those.

Start with the crowd: how many people need a photo?

Queue speed matters most when the headcount is large. A booth that takes a little longer per group feels fine at a 60-person offsite and frustrating at a 600-person annual day.

The iPad booth is the fastest option: a slim, ring-lit stand, quick clicks, instant sharing by AirDrop, WhatsApp or QR, and a print in hand before the next group steps up. If image quality matters more than speed, the DSLR iPad booth keeps the same simple screen and puts a DSLR behind it, so faces and your logo come out sharp.

The roaming robot booth solves a different crowd problem. It moves through the venue, so it photographs the seated guests at a gala dinner who would never get up to queue.

Match the booth to the mood of the event

For award nights, galas and dinners with a dress code, the mirror booth is the strongest pick. It takes full-length photos, so outfits make it into the shot, and a mirror framed in light looks good in a ballroom even when nobody is using it.

For weddings, heritage venues and leadership dinners, the vintage booth fits the room better. It is a wood-finished body on a tripod with a DSLR inside, and its rear screen can play a brand film or event highlights while guests pose at the front.

For a younger workforce or a college crowd, the Korean photo booth is the one people already recognise from Instagram. It is enclosed and softly lit, it prints minimal strips, and the overhead-camera version takes top-down group shots that a front-facing booth can't.

Does the booth need to carry your brand?

At a product launch, an exhibition stall or a mall activation, the booth is also media. The branded kiosk comes as an LCD booth that plays your videos between shots, or as a custom-wrap booth finished edge to edge in your colours with a printer built in. Every booth carries your branding on its welcome screen and print template, but the kiosk is the one that keeps advertising when nobody is posing.

If you want motion instead of a still, the 360° Video Booth records a slow-motion clip as the camera arm circles each guest. For AI-styled portraits, look at the AI Photo Booth.

What will guests take home?

A print is the default, and booth packages are sized by prints: 100, 200, 300 or unlimited. Some formats are built specifically for keeping. The newspaper booth prints a custom front page with the guest's photo as the headline story, and the Cover Star Box turns guests into a life-size magazine cover. Prints can also become keychains, magnetic frames or DIY frames, made live at the event.

For farewells and milestones, consider an audio guest book instead of a photo booth, or next to one. Guests pick up a vintage phone and leave a voice or video message, and you receive every recording on Google Drive within 24 hours.
